At the beginning he asked Hillary to talk about herself and not reference her opponent.

Trump has referenced Hillary at least half a dozen times in the first 5 minutes.

(BTW, I don't mean to suggest that Trump has not been attacking Hillary. He has. I'm just saying Lauer asked Hillary to not even refer to Trump. She held off for half an hour... and was scolded by Lauer.)
