Ferguson Protest Leader Darren Seals Found Dead in Vehicle

The body of an activist from St. Louis who led protests about the fatal police shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Mo., in 2014 was found with a gunshot wound in the charred remains of a vehicle on Tuesday morning, according to the police and news accounts.

The activist, Darren Seals, 29, was found inside the vehicle on Diamond Drive in Riverview in St. Louis County around 1:50 a.m., the St. Louis County Police Department said in a statement. The vehicle had been on fire and he was found after the flames were extinguished.

The police said Mr. Seals had lived at an address on Millburn Drive in St. Louis, about 12 miles from where his body was found. The case is being investigated as a homicide by the department’s Bureau of Crimes Against Persons. The motive for the killing was unknown.

We do know that others were found murdered just like this. I know that people can grow and change their mindset. When you start trying to find ways to give people hope, people become afraid. You have to extinguish the light of any future leaders to keep the people down. That is part of the strategy-flood the cities with guns and drugs-make people feel hopeless by barring
them from jobs, higher education and voting. Get rid of the people that may give them a little hope. That's why it is so important demonize folks that make a stand for their communities. If if you can't turn folks against-shut them up permanently. The fear isn't just waking up black folks-we're awake. It is the fear of waking up all poor or disenfranchised people.

The way cowardly Darren Wilson fled after murdering Brown, I would be suspicious of the police too. Poor guy, he already survived being shot twice.
