Deplorables-gate is just the latest example of IOKIYAR
Trump says 10x more offensive shit than that practically every other day and it's explained away by "He tells it like it is" or "It was sarcasm". He called for the assassination of his political opponent, FFS. But Hillary actually tells it like it is and suddenly she's the worst person ever.
Republicans literally get away with everything. Imagine what they would've done to Obama if he had:
- presided over the worst terrorist attack in human history
- presided over the worst economic collapse since the Great Depression
- presided over not one, but 13 embassy attacks
- lied us into war over imaginary WMDs
- failed to get bin Laden
- fucked up the response to Hurricane Katrina
Forget impeachment, if even a fraction of those things happened on his watch, they would've had him lynched on national television and invited their kids and church friends to take turns desecrating his corpse.
