(90,778 posts)Talk about how wonderful and successful you are to low-income to barely middle-class people who aspire to more money and see Trump as an example of making it in America - they conveniently forget he is the son of a millionaire with all the advantages that come with that or that Trump can in no way relate to their lives. But they aspire and Trump makes them feel as if they can have their own Trump Towers. So they vote against their real interests because they want to hear it's possible even as they vote for people who will do everything they can to make it not possible.
