I work for HUD and we cannot endorse anyone for political office. Even as members of a federal union, we have to remain independent of politics. Federal unions cannot endorse a candidate for office. To do so would be a violation of the Hatch Act.

Trump is a fucking liar.

Now, if he meant "ISIS" then perhaps he has a point.
