innocent people deny guilt, the don't brag that they got out of admitting guilt.

he bragged because it shows his negotiating skill -- he got out of admitting guilt could be considered an achievement of sorts if he actually was guilty.

in fact, as it was a negotiated settlement, it essentially means trump paid money for the privilege to avoid admitting guilt.

Get all lawyerly on him and cross-examine his ass. "Can you say the words, 'We did NOT discriminate?' With you hand on a Bible, including Two Corinthians?"

Dare him to tell the big lie and force the media to talk about it, or watch him splutter and frantically change the subject.
