CNN’s Dana Bash: Trump’s threat to jail Clinton sounded like a ‘totalitarian dictator’ (video)

In totalitarian regimes, politicians love jailing their political opponents as a way to drive their point home. Now Donald Trump wants to bring that tried and true campaign strategy to the U.S., and a few CNN hosts noticed.

At one point during Sunday’s 2nd presidential debate, Trump turned to Hillary Clinton and assured her that if he wins the election, he’ll assign a “special prosecutor” to seek out a jail sentence for her.

Taken aback by Trump’s words, CNN’s Dana Bash noted that “what makes this country different from countries that have dictators in Africa or Stalin or Hitler, or any of those countries with dictators and totalitarian leaders, is that when they took over, they put their opponents in jail.”

“To hear one presidential candidate say — even if it was a flip comment, which it was — ‘You’re gonna be in jail’ to another presidential candidate on the debate stage in the United States of America… Stunning, just stunning.”

mandatory class in all High Schools across our Nation. Does anyone really realize the real damage caused by Nixon and his Enemies List? There are thousands still alive today who can attest to this. Jobs,Careers,Monetary and Black listing.

This is what the GOP is really all about, total control of the Populace and their Political Enemies. Anyone who thinks different,go on line and research how this party has morphed since FDR.

remember the why where and how this happened. This happened as our so called Media sat on their hands and failed the Nation again.

Con Job loves to play this line, his Lawyer of record is Roy Cohn who was the Counsel to Joe McCarty and Richard Nixon during the Commie Hunt hearings in the early fifties.

That is just how petty and vindictive he is. We would become a totalitarian fascist dictatorship overnight.
