Put the first-rate Lawrence O'Donnell on at 7:00 PM. And relegate that moron Chris Matthews to the 10:00 PM slot. Matthews has devolved into a non-stop embarrassment---the only (semi)entertaining element of his show is seeing which new right-wing politico is the object of Tweety's spittle-flecked adulation. Meanwhile, Lawrence O'Donnell is putting out a continuous stream of sharp, incisive shows at the very end of the evening, when a lot of people are turning out the lights. Damn shame.
