Republicans ask why Obama didn't pass this immigration bill three years ago?

Well, there's a simple explanation. He was too fucking busy attempting to clean up your mess and saving the US economy. He didn't have the time or the inclination to fight your trivial political fights over your Tea Party issues. Republicans had no intent to pass anything relating to immigration.

Now, you say the executive order that the President signed doesn't resolve the immigration issue. You would wait and sign a permanent bill. Give us a frigging break! Republicans are not going to pass an immigration bill for Mitt Romney to sign. He is blowing smoke up the voters' ass.

The fact of the matter is that Barack Obama made a brilliant political move and caught the Republicans and Mitt Romney with their pants down. They are still hopping around on one foot trying to pull up their pants and pretend nothing happened...

one second they criticize the president for acting like a dictator, then the next they criticize him for not acting like a dictator.

5. Don't forget, they were busy quietly backing the opponent of Al Franken

so that the Dems couldn't have that so-called 60 votes in the Senate ... (oh, yeah ... two "independents" who caucus with the Dems would have made it 60, with Franken winning the election).

Of course, the Repugs got a break when, after Franken's opponent finally gave up (their public calls for the opponent to quit fighting were backed by secret high-fives saying, "keep up the stalling!&quot , Ted Kennedy passed away, causing a new wrinkle in the "fight for 60 votes".

This shitstain, along with the rest of his imbecilic party, thinks that the President is some kind of CEO that has dictatorial powers. I guess they slept through civics class, if they took it at all.

7. The rest of the country asks the GOP why they filibustered this bill in 2009.

The Dream Act passed in 2009 with more than enough votes in the House, and 55 votes in the Senate. But, that 55 vote majority was not enough because of THEIR goddamn filibuster. Fucking lying, hypocritical fuckers.

Maybe somebody should suggest that Rachel does a segment on it since it seems to becoming a rather obnoxious talking point among the Republicans. It's almost like the Republicans are blaming Democrats for their own obstructionism. I mean, they DID block a vote on the Dream Act in the Senate in 2010 (if memory serves).

Mitt Romney is a liar when he says Obama should have brought the Dream Act up when he had a majority in the House and Senate. The House passed the Dream Act in December 2010 and sent it to the Senate where it got over 50 votes but not enough to end a Republican filibuster. Every thing that comes out of Romney's mouth is a lie.
