work so hard for their party's presidential candidate.

Teddy Roosevelt in 1908? (Don't know much about this campaign)
Wilson in 1920? (He was a basket case from his stroke)
Coolidge in 1928? (Silent Cal - could he have helped)
Truman in 1952? (Korea)
Eisenhower in 1960? (I don't think he helped, but he could of if he wanted to - of course we are talking about Nixon here)
Johnson in 1968? (Vietnam)
Reagan in 1988? (I don't think he was capable of helping even if he wanted to)
Clinton in 2000? (I heard Gore did not want to call attention to Pres. Clinton?)
Bush in 2008 (Well I don't see how he could have helped - Laura maybe)

Great speech by the way. Hillary Clinton sure has a tail wind (the Obamas, Biden, and her husband who is still charming)

I would go a step further and say Donald Trump is an insult to humanity, period.

I can't imagine hitching my wagon to someone who thinks and speaks like DT. Most men I know are far more decent and would never behave like this.
