Did Trump tip his guilt in the Natasha Stoynoff assault allegations?

http://www.vox.com/2016/10/13/13272938/trump-sexual-assault-allegations-response-transcript-speech

Trump: "This invented account has already been debunked by eyewitnesses who were there. They were there. The very witness identified by the author has said the story is totally false. By the way, this is a room everybody can see in. It's got glass walls."

Glass walls? He seems to know what room she's talking about.

But the only thing she says about the room is that Donald said it was "tremendous":
"Our photo team shot the Trumps on the lush grounds of their Florida estate, and I interviewed them about how happy their first year of marriage had been. When we took a break for the then-very-pregnant Melania to go upstairs and change wardrobe for more photos, Donald wanted to show me around the mansion. There was one “tremendous” room in particular, he said, that I just had to see."

As I read here, the butler told Trump that Melania was on the way downstairs. They then had to wait for her and Trump was able to verbally sicken her more during that time.
