Since they take after their dad, and see him in a moment of weakness the kids take what's left of his crumbling empire away from him by having him declared mentally incompetent.
After a couple of years of intensive electroshock therapy Donald is released to the care of whatever male nurse Melania hires to care for him.
He spends the rest of his life aimlessly wandering the grounds of Mar-A-Lago in his bathrobe chasing flamingos away with a golf club.
