Who the hell is Trump's lawyer?

Sorry for the short OP.

You don't say anything about anything even loosely associated with something that could be a lawsuit.
Even I know that.

He's speaking (trashing really) his accusers? At public rallies? On a P. A. system?

Holy cripes.

Forget the election, we're talking millions in lawsuits and legal expenses ....hold it. His lawyers may know exactly what they're doing.

may have the potential for a slander suit. He is saying that these women are lying. If they have credible cases a lawyer might want to take that on.

Discovery can be interesting.

claim on its own probably won't get you into Court. Add to it the slander and now you have potential. In some cases continuing the crime invalidates the statute of limitations. I wonder if the slander can be viewed as continued victimization thus extending the suit to the original act.

Trump may file a claim but he will dismiss it after the election. If he actually went forward he would be asked under penalty of perjury "have you ever touched the breasts, buttocks or vagina of a woman without her consent?". He can't lie because there is probably film of it many places. He just says he will sue to pretend he is innocent. His lawyer who wrote to the New York Times is a powerhouse lawyer who knows Trump would lose.

He'll need many, considering his past performance and his sleazebag method of doing business.

I think they used some Wite-Out over 'Lionel Hutz', who is obviously their driving force.

Not sure why they would want to hide his participation...

If you have a time-barred claim against someone, you make it in public. Then, if you are called a liar, you can sue for defamation.
