I just saw a clip of a Trump rally held today and

couldn't help but see the victim of the assault being rousted by a uniformed police officer, but the assailant just walks away still shaking his fist at the victim.

What the hells going on ?????

Living in VA but on the border, I see more NC political news than in my own state. This shit is definitely not helpful to NC Republicans in November, whose brand is already deeply tarnished. Every ugly rightwing incident only helps HRC, Ross, and Cooper. Feels like I'm really observing a struggle over the soul of an entire state, and finding so much to love in NC can only hope and pray for the better angels. Meanwhile here in VA it seems like a done deal for the Dems, so I can spend the next three weeks agonizing about NC.
