What ever you do, don't OCCUPY OBAMA's CAMPAIGN OFFICES

There was lots of hard work/organizing that led to Obama's decision to stop deporting undocumented youth, but the most recent significant action was the occupation four of his 2012 campaign offices. Hmm.... It's almost as if taking direct action against his re-election campaign led to an almost immediate policy change.

What can we learn from this? Since the Occupy movement and "we are the 99%" memes are still popular among the left, perhaps it would be most effective to highlight the hypocrisy of Democrats/Obama by targeting the Obama reelection campaign directly. Especially on issues that enjoy widespread support on the left. ie. Foreclosures, Wall Street Financial Crimes, Free trade, Vets for Peace. etc.

Hopefully you might offer something more helpful than specious links between attacking the Obama campaign and them doing positive things.

what's specious about that.

I support the occupy movement, especially if sparks some action on these issues.

Or in other words, the belief that what now equals a fringe movement protesting at a few campaign offices suddenly prompted a massive shift in the national policy of the United States Government.

..for some people to separate what Obama represents vs what he is doing. I'm simply pointing out what I perceive as an effective tactic for those who are in vulnerable communities. You know, the ones that the Obama Administration claims to be fighting for.

"Undocumented activists have occupied four Obama campaign offices around the country in support of the DREAM Act...". AND what Obama represents "Obama has voiced support for the DREAM Act".
