You deserve a full-ride scholarship because you aced this test! This was definitely one for the books. You loved Political Science and History. The past events and the inner workings in the political arena have always piqued your interest. You make sure to be always in the know and understand the importance of voting in this coming election. You could school us all in a political debate, no doubt about it. WAY TO GO!!

(2,061 posts)That has to be rigged. I know I missed a couple after they went by and I got one hundred percent?

(89,260 posts)i knew most of them easily. but there were a few i wasn't sure about but even then it was less than 5.
some of them i knew mostly because i was familiar with certain terms being used when we talk about politics , economics and other issues in the US. if i was asked without multiple choice questions i might not be able to answer. but with one correct answer being shown i could recall having heard about it before.

Executive

Judicial
The correct answer is Congress. The three branches of government are Executive, Legislative, and Judicial. I understand the argument that congress is the legislative branch, but that's not how it's outlined in the constitution.

(7,503 posts)well I think it's safe to say that most of us have a better knowledge of civics than the general population. Then look at the comments in the link, most everyone there also scored 100. But yet only 1/50 is expected to ace it...? Hmmm

(23,962 posts)some of my answers were of the "best guess" variety, and those rarely pan out 100%
the comments section had many posts indicating that the poster missed one or more questions and still got 100%
seems more like a GOTV thing, which is fine too

Oh, by the way, I, too, got 100%. There were two questions that I really had to think about: the date the Constitution was signed and how many delegates attended the Constitutional Convention. I confess to making educated guesses for both... but a win's a win!
Thanks again!

(23,362 posts)eg: Is Social Security tax Proportional, Regressive, or Progressive?
It's a flat percent, so it's proportional.
There's a cap, high-earners don't pay after a certain income, so it's regressive.
Higher earners will get proportionally less back in payments than lower earners, so it's progressive.
I answered that it is proportional.
Then I guessed on a few others.
