to see the time stamps on the letters he sent to congressional members. Because it appears that republicans received early warning on the Huma Abedin (Weiner) laptop (non) issue. It seems reasonably clear that Comey violated the law and his computer needs to be seized before he can delete or compromise evidence it may contain.
He has been charged with violation of the Hatch Act. This should require that he step aside as FBI Director while a determination is made by a court whether the charges warrant further action.

Not only did he influence the election and the outcome? He has shown a large amount of discourse of protocol in the DOJ & FBI.
