I thought maybe I'd missed something, so before I responded the first time I did a search and didn't find anything.

After the second post, I found the source by google images, and it was quite a ways down the page on the third wording of the search. The image you posted didn't come up at all in three searches.

I expect him to disavow the KKK paper's endorsement, which is big news I expect anyone in his position to be aware of. These local yokels, not so much.

No presidential candidate can be expected to know everything their supporters are doing.

Expecting condemnation is only reasonable when the activity rises to a level he can be presumed to know about it (or there's evidence he does know about it). Given that I had to do 4 searches before I found the source, and still didn't find the image you posted, it doesn't rise to that level.
