Leah Remini trashes Scientology abuse in new TV Show for A&E

Awesome!

Published on Nov 2, 2016
Leah Remini comes out swinging on her new 8 part series for A&E documenting Church of Scientology abuses. The trailer is intense with lots of emotion. Similar to the kinds of shows I put together for http://www.survivingscientology.com .

Knowing how calmly the church has responded to similar testimony in the past.

Her best protections might just be her celebrity and visibility. Hopefully she will give more people the courage to speak out.

And the church has purchased a Google ad to link to their trash site. $cientology is nothing if not consistent.

Mormonism and Christianity were seen as dangerous cults in their first 50 or so years too.

In a couple generations we'll be tying ourselves in knots not to offend their "sincerely held beliefs" about Xenu and Thetans. Those who don't will be labeled as bigoted Dianeticophobes.

There is a lot to be learned about mind control from organizations like Scientology. I don't think that will be the focus of her shows, but they will show the level of abuse of participants that can occur when members of the group are subjected to ongoing mind-control methods/techniques.

Like another poster, I found her book very interesting.

So, i'd agree she has some "tough" in her. Too many child stars go off the rails.
