SOS to progressive talk radio - pls stop it with the endless DT audio clips!!!

Please!!! I beg you - have mercy on us!

Im looking at you Steph Miller and Alan Colmes - they both like to play long tedious DT clips that go on forever, while yukking it up and commenting on what he's saying.

May have been amusing a year ago but by now it just ISN'T. I cannot stand the sound of his voice and will immediately turn it off.

It's simple math - 60 mins in an hour, 24 hrs in a day ---- and the more DT you play, the less time is available that we can hear OUR candidate speak, say things in her own words.

I want to hear more HRC. We've seen what happens when she gets some attention in the media and we got to hear her saying things, in her own words and voice. After convention and debates, her poll nos skyrocketed.

Even we on the left have absorbed 30 years of demonization of the Clintons whether we're concious of it or not. HRC is supposedly "not likeable." "Not trustworthy." Where exactly are these things coming from??? I know Im not the only one who was pleasantly surprised by HRC's masterful performance at the debates and saw the biography of her on Frontline and found myself thinking "wait a minute, I think I like her!"

Its not like we're not getting totally bombarded with DT 24/7 from all other sources - NPR and all the network newscasts at the top of the hour will invariably play some blurb from DT no matter how ridiculous.... but then either ignore HRC or paraphrase what she said. Or if they play her its usually her saying something ABOUT TRUMP....arghhhh! Believe it or not her speeches and comments have included a lot of things that ARENT about Trump.

The last straw for me was after that military forum a few mos back. I turned on radio hoping to hear what HRC said but only heard about 5 DT clips in a row on Steph Miller, and a similar preponderance of attention went to DT throughout the day from NPR and other shows.

Enough! If I think we know by now that everytime he opens his mouth something xenophobic, racist, sexist, rude, crude, whiny, threatening, hateful or self-aggrandizing will spew out of it. So really, at this stage of the game - what's the point?

IMHO having his voice inundating us from every direction 24/7 is serving only to "normalize".... dare I say it... neo-fascism.... and it's especially dispiriting to have progressive media being a part of this even if it is not intentional.
