A Florida man has been charged with showing off his charged-up penis around a Boynton Beach neighborhood to at least one alarmed resident.

Slowly cruising down the street in his car, a report from the Boynton Beach Police Department says Kurt Allen Jenkins "gestured at the victim to look down towards his groin area, where the victim observed an electronic device with wires attached to Jenkins penis."

Women may envy the power and influence that possessors of penises have been granted for so very long, but I son't think most of really want to be attached to the organ itself.
