She herself has exaggerated her personal resume for who knows what possible reason.

She arrived in this country under what has turned out to be somewhat opaque circumstances. Her early immigration status is certainly unclear. There are persistent rumors of illegality is all of that swirl.

Her early occupation and personal means of support is equally opaque. There are persistent rumors of illegality in all of that swirl.

And then there is the incredible irony of the wife of a hard right nationalist and xenophobe being married to an immigrant.
