Obama should appoint a special investigator to ferret out all of these leaks and potential Hatch Act violators. He should do that after the election, before Hillary is sworn in. Then Hillary can deal with the results of that investigation. It may take months, but this way neither Obama nor Hillary are taking heat for "revenge". If the independent investigation shows illegal or even unethical behavior by the FBI, then Comey should be encouraged to resign and the house cleaning can begin! The FBI needs to be impartial and the American people need to have faith in that institution. Some of us remember what it was like under J Edgar Hoover and we cannot allow this institution to sully its reputation again IMO.
