I did not realize there is a window where congress and Trump can simply eliminate regulations,
"a law known as the Congressional Review Act allows both houses of Congress to repeal regulations with a simple majority vote 60 legislative days after the regulations were issued by the federal government. Congressional Republicans have tried to use to this law to repeal numerous regulations under President Barack Obama, but Obama would always veto such efforts. President Trump, on the other hand, would likely be more favorable towards them since he pledged to repeal regulations during his campaign for president."
It appears that all rules from mid May to inaguration day is on the table. Here is a link to the article;

(41,831 posts)from National parks, cutting down the preserves for Redwood trees, mining the grand canyon. Selling National parks to big business. It will be a Republican's wet dream to destroy what's left of this great nation to greed. Not to mention allowing the great rivers to become polluted again, as well as build that pipe line right though Native American property and fully displacing NA's from their own sacred lands. Oil rigs off the Pacific Coast, the amount of damage He could do, would take a life time or more to clean up, forget about four years...
