F*ck him!: Media bigwig emotionally f*cking pissed after bullying Trump tried to influence press

22 NOV 2016 AT 10:48 ET

More details are coming out about Donald Trump’s blustery closed-door meeting with media stars and executives.

One source said the meeting Monday at Trump Tower turned into a “f*cking firing squad,” as the president-elect lashed out at CNN and other media outlets he believed had unfairly covered his campaign. “The meeting was a total disaster. The TV execs and anchors went in there thinking they would be discussing the access they would get to the Trump administration, but instead they got a Trump-style dressing-down,” the source told the New York Post.

Trump’s former campaign manager and current senior advisor, Kellyanne Conway, insisted the closed-door meeting was “very cordial, candid, and honest” — but another participant described Trump’s behavior as “totally inappropriate” and “f*cking outrageous.”

Sources told The New Yorker that television anchors, reporters and executives expected to discuss why the president-elect had not held a news conference since July, but were instead subjected to a barrage of insults and complaints.

This is all distraction - when the media starts reporting accurate and complete information - by way of honest journalism, let me know...

We have very few journalists left to support the American people - hell, we need them more than ever - welcome to the South/North America - although we are the majority party, our rug was pulled out from under us..very much by the media..as well as the Kochs efforts, successfully in voter suppression..and crosscheck - and miney poured into state legislatures..hell - they only need 1 more state to affect the constitution...

Journalists are our only pipeline into an administration's actions.

I don't know what you mean by "very few journalists left to support the American people." If you just want to read opinion pieces that support your views on essay sites like common dreams, knock yourself out. The rest of us need reporting. Yes, there is some bad and good journalism, but we're all smart enough to sift the wheat from the chaff. Or we should be. The problem is, a large percentage of the American public is not.

Please don't parrot Trump's comments that the "real" news is no better than fake news. Nothing is perfect, but there is such a thing as totally unacceptable and deplorable.

Name names b/c to say "the media" carried water for Don, or NYT did, is not accurate. There were plenty of reporters like Farenthold who did not.

This is hardly surprising from a personality-disordered man who thinks he'll be crowned king in January. His sociopathic qualities were there all along but the media failed to emphasize them because . . . he was great TV.

Well, get ready for the smack down, people.

The Trump Foundation has admitted self-dealing. But what was covered ad nauseum? CGI. Which, btw, has saved millions of lives over the course of its existence. Trump's conflict of interest? How many detailed reports do you recall on that? Instead, we were inundated with stories about Hillary's emails.

All seems pretty stupid now, doesn't it?

But The Donald warned the electorate with his story about the rescued snake. The reptile ultimately kills the woman who nurses the snake back to health. As she lay dying, the bewildered woman asks the creature: why?

"But I told you I was a snake," he replies. "And still you took me in."

Welcome to the snake pit. We're in for a world of hurt.

I'm positive the net result will be negligible at best.

I have no faith in these media "big shots" doing much more than whine for a day or so then it will be back to the 24/7 job of catapulting the propaganda they've been doing so well since that ride down the golden escalator.

He, like most authoritarian psychopaths he told them exactly what is on his mind.

are just "employees"..... cogs in the wheel. they went to the meeting, went back to their huge corporations where they work. had a committee meeting with their bosses to discuss what could be reported. most of these anchors, reporters and executives want to keep their job..... keep their bosses happy.... keep the shareholders happy. they are not paid to make waves or tell the truth.

how many of the good ones have lost their jobs (like on MSNBC)?

...hell of a nerve complaining about them now.

They are all liars? Et tu, Donald? Yet again, he is projecting onto others his own misdeeds and shortcomings.

I saw elsewhere that all the press organs should just ignore him for 24-48 hours. Being ignored would piss him off even more and he would be desperate for attention again.

He has his own form of Attention Deficit Disorder - he never thinks he is getting enough.
