The Miss Cabinet Pageant...

They do the "poise" portion of the contest on the sidewalk in front of the cameras. He tests for servility up in the Tower (or at the golf course). Their "beauty" is adjudged on the talk shows. And only HE knows the finalists.

I don't think they judge for talent in this pageant.
