FBI investigations, congressional hearings could find nothing prosecutable ... or criminal ....?

As far as I know you still can't prosecute your political opponents because they were your opponent ...? Obviously, this could all change after January 21

of legal proceedings against Presidents or candidates. The latter is why I believe Obama never went after george w bush, and I agree with Obama's judgement. If a Prez or candidate does something wrong, you go after them right then if for no other reason to stop the action, not later as a political crime (should apply to others as well).

Since the election, the only adverse legal situation faced by either of the major candidates was the one for Trump University fraud and racketeering. Settled (bought off) for the sum of $25,000,000. Will those who entrusted their life savings or credit card limits for an outright scam be justly compensated? One would hope so.
