What can be expected with the results of the recount(s)?

If evidence of voter suppression, voter fraud, vote tampering, etc. is evidenced in any or all states, what next?

Would a legal action be filed to enjoin the Electoral College from voting December 19? If not, what does it mean?

I guess I'm asking would the results affect the Electoral College voting or just delegitimize Trump further?

Anything can delegitimize Trump short of the Electoral College flipping for Hillary. Just look at his campaign -- Trump has done everything in his power to actually delegitimize himself and nothing happened.

but that won't change anything. If any of the recalls drag on too long, I don't think the Republican's really care if state XXX's EC voters can't vote. It won't change anything because it'd just go to Congress/Senate and they'd install Trump/Pence.

Flipping a vote or two? You might get some voters to vote non-Trump but I can't imagine they'd vote for Hillary so again same affect.

Would those states certify the new tabulations and would the Electors change their votes on December 19?

And Hillary will become our next President.
I think that the recounts will expose fraud by the GOP and hacking by the Russians causing some electors to change their votes, hopefully enough to swing the election.
The other outcome favorable to our side is having the recounts go beyond the Dec. 19 deadline so Trump falls short of 270, this could force Congress to choose a President.

They don't have to choose Trump. Pence. Romney. McCain. Huckabee. (Not Cruz)

If it goes to Congress, they have to choose among the top 3 vote getters (from the EC I believe).

So the choice would be Trump or Hillary.
