subsidized insurance that includes a couple of new regulations, like insurance Corps can't dump people so they die alone with nothing.

20 million++ Americans no longer have to crawl into some states emergency room for treatment costing states billions. Because they have at least basic insurance that includes emergency room care.

Sucks that America can't have a basic right, benefit of decent health care like all other first world countries..because Republicans don't care at all about Americans.
