Can anyone figure out the status of this Federal lawsuit against DT?

There don't seem to be any recent updates on this, but the opposing attorneys were trying to make him take a deposition before the inauguration.

Attorneys for Donald Trump say they intend to fight a possible deposition of the president-elect in a pending Louisville federal court case.

The lawsuit stems from a Trump campaign rally on March 1 in Louisville at which three people claim they were assaulted for protesting the speech by audience members who were riled up by Trump.

Henry Brousseau, Kashiya Nwanguma and Molly Shah filed a lawsuit in April seeking unspecified monetary damages. Their attorneys have requested Trump present himself for a deposition "at a place and time of his choosing." Still, the attorneys said in a November motion, Trump's attorneys have "demurred," pointing to a pending motion to dismiss they filed in May.

Plaintiff attorneys Gregory Belzley and Dan Canon also requested Trump be deposed before he's inaugurated on Jan. 20.
