Why is Donald Trump trying to discredit our intelligence agencies??

He is basically telling his supporters, "don't trust them...look how wrong they were with the WMDs".

Why is he saying this?

Could it be that he knows there is a bombshell of a story about to break and he doesn't want his supporters to believe it? Why else would he try to discredit the same intelligence agencies that he will be dependent upon when he becomes the CinC?

He seems to be desperately searching for an excuse to deny the big story that is about to break. He says he knows "things they don't know".
