Though it's hard to figure why Trump keeps disparaging the intelligence community, but here's a new hypothesis. He is trying to get all the career officers to resign en mass. That way he can replace all the career professionals with his hand picked goons. He's already decided to have his own security force to "augment" the Secret Service. Maybe he just wants all of his security forces to be loyal to him personally rather than to the Constitution or the Rule of Law.
