Did I Just Hear A New Term Being Used On MSNBC? "Tweet Interpreters".......

I was surfing through channels with my remote and while passing through MSNBC I heard some Trump spokesperson use the term - "tweet interpreters".

Did he just coin a new term for those of us that try to make sense out ot Trump's tweets?
