Mitch McConnell is lying again.
He spoke after Mike Pence's press conference this afternoon.
He really wanted everyone to know about the "Biden rule" which, he said, would not permit a SC nominee in the last year of a President's term.
However, there was no "Biden rule". It was a theoretical response to a theoretical situation, never anything that was actually proposed as a law or a "rule".
The "Turtle" is doing what he does best - lying his ass off.
