He just wants Obama's name off it and his name on it. Listening to one GOP Congressdeplorable this morning, it sounds like the plan is to keep the good stuff and do away with the bad stuff. Of course, you can't have one without the other so it's a lose-lose situation for them. They can't take the good stuff away because their red state taker constituents will hate them and since it will fold without the bad stuff their "repeal no matter what" following will hate them.
