I have no idea what happened. First, I lost my internet connection. I finally got that up again, had a tough time getting back into Windows 10, and everything was gone. Don't know where it went. I haven't attempted to recover anything yet. I'm on my iPad now. Checked on it earlier and it is still gone - I was hoping it was a bad dream, guess not.

Just make sure the computer uses Intel chipsets, with restrictions states on the Qubes OS website.
You don't need the Intel chips, they are recommended to take your desktop security to its highest available level.
Mainly the chips without the corporate remote access and management capabilities.
