So when all is said and done, it's a big win for the Bush family.
In nine days, George W. Bush loses the ignominious claim of being the worst President ever after only eight years. He'll still be a historically bad President, but gets to look relatively sane by comparison to the Orange one.
And to top it all off, ExxonMobil is going to be running the State Department.
Not too shabby.
