And maybe yellow slickers and umbrellas too for an added effect.

Example: playing Kellyanne Conway as a kind of oversubscribed flake. That's happening IRL, repeatedly. If one merely depicts that way in a sketch, nothing's revealed or gained, there's no bite or "collision of ideas" to elicit a laugh.
