Alabama Moving Very Extreme On Personhood & Wrongful Death When Pregnancies End Early.

If you take the logic to what the GOP and RW Christians are up to it is personhood and rights protections AT conception. They are also for wrongful death investigation or charges for doctor or woman when a pregnancy ends early. These positions are the the RW Christians and the GOP want to go eventually.

Just ending abortion is not enough. Ending family planning and birth control is also on the agenda.

That in a bright red state, OB/GYNs will not want to touch pregnancies that are potentially problematic because they don't want to end up harassed by the legal system for any miscarriages. And, OB/GYNs practicing there will strongly err on the side of doing nothing in any case where a procedure might be followed by a miscarriage. Better to stand by and let the mother die and claim it was God's will than to risk having the local DA on your ass for doing abortions.

Let's face it, the good OB/GYNs will just go someplace else, leaving the Frank Burns's of the world to deliver red state babies.

for its hostility toward the rights and protected liberties of its residents, and its state officers’ contempt for the Constitution, its case law, and the rule of law.
