Oh, god, the State of the Union address is coming up soon

Another incomprehensible third grade level rant. Maybe he will declare martial law or announce that he is seizing the bank accounts of everybody who voted for Hillary. I won't be able to watch it.

sitting in the Chamber with their own Twitter accounts blazing away. Trump will HAVE to respond with his own tweets, so ... Twitter better beef up their servers that day.

I, for one, will be downing a shot everytime he makes that forefinger/thumb in a circle gesture...

what can he possibly say? He did not govern the union in the past year.

I know Obama did not in 2009. There may be addressing congress but I don't think it is called state of the union.

Also, in recent decades, newly inaugurated presidents have chosen to deliver speeches to joint sessions of Congress in the early months of their presidencies, but have not officially considered them State of the Union addresses.[7]

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/State_of_the_Union

So it's not officially a SOTU anddress, but still a speech before the nation.

It seems to be scheduled for Feb 21. I'm not familiar with this source so I don't know how reliable it is.

I can look it up if you want, but I remember a scene from "The West Wing" where The President says something like "I could buy them all a subscription to the New York Times and be done with it." (paraphrased).
