CNN just had a split screen - showing three hearings at once. There was no sound, but it looked like Dr. Carson is awake and speaking...

I was quite interested when they showed my senator, Kirsten Gillibrand (who used to be my congresswoman), starting to ask questions of General Mattis. But that's when they decided to switch to a roundup of more breaking news.

who they let ask questions Corker sat there yesterday giving a speech on how he thinks everything in the government should work,he went on so long it seemed like an hour may have been I kept leaving and coming back he wnt on and on and on.. This was the Tillerson hearing.

Yes, that one's extremely important, but I imagine that DUers are among the few who are glued to this coverage. They showed most of the Sessions hearing yesterday, too, and that one was tough to take at times. Cory Booker and John Lewis were excellent, his defenders - not so much.
