Unsubstantiated does not mean untrue.

Neither does it mean that it is true.

At this time, there is no evidence that Donald Trump indulged in some sort of perverted sex while in Moscow hotel. The CIA could only say that it was unsubstantiated.

The debate, with CNN and Buzzfeed, seems to be whether or not the people deserve to know that this "story" is out there. Trump supporters and others are saying it should never have gone public.

However, it was only a few weeks ago that these same people were cheering on the Wikileaks memos that were leaked to the American media, with the knowledge that some may have been unsubstantiated. But, that did not keep them from reporting each and every one of them.

Their complaints now about the unsubstantiated dossier on Donald Trump rings a little hollow.

stuff uncritically published by the MSM during the campaign, mostly when it involved a "whiff" of impropriety by Hillary Clinton in regards to the e-mails, State Department, or Clinton Foundation, which seemed to have the cumulative effect of driving down her numbers and giving her the appearance that she was just as "crooked" (or possibly worse) as Donald Trump- or at least appeared to promote the idea that both candidates were equally unlikable, corrupt, unqualified, etc.... This ultimately seemed to work in Trump's favor in the end by either boosting third party candidates, driving down turnout for Hillary among Democrats and progressives, or giving wavering Republicans whom might have voted for Hillary an excuse to either vote for Trump or just stay home after all.

WHERE IS THE MSM'S SHAME NOW?????

Breaking News, I do not have time today to post.

Former British Spy Christopher Steele Prepared Explosive Trump Memo
by HANS NICHOLS and KEN DILANIAN

An explosive 35-page memo on Donald Trump's relationship with Russia, which contains unverified allegations and which Trump called a "complete fabrication" Wednesday, was written by a former British intelligence officer working for Orbis Business Intelligence, Ltd., two people familiar with the matter told NBC News.

Separately, Rohit Kachroo, security editor for NBC News British partner ITV News, reported that the man's name is Christopher David Steele, a former officer with MI6 who was posted to Moscow in 1990. The memo was originally generated on behalf of Republican opponents of Trump's but was later shopped to the media by Democrats.
...snip
Steele's whereabouts were not known Thursday, and intelligence analyst Glenmore Trenear-Harvey said it was "perfectly plausible" the ex-spy could be in hiding in fear of retaliation from the Russian government.

"Look what happened to Litvinenko," he said. "Putin has form... Such things have happened in the past."
