The next round will be fully digital, just like the hacking and "fake news" chit. For digital records, the least effective way to destroy them is physically. Imagine two options - you wake up in the morning to hear that the head office of you bank was bombed vs. you wake on in the morning, log on to your bank account and see all balances are zero.
