I've seen quite a number of pundits and others saying that some of these allegations could be proven/disproven if he were to release his tax returns.

Ukraine, Poland, the Baltic States, etc.

Note that the sources of some of the information are said to be Eastern European intelligence services.

The world is ruled by what if and maybe and other weasel worlds and conspiracy fans jump right into the breach.

I'm using the piddle allegation as another reason to laugh in Trump's ugly fascist face. It's the other stuff in there that is incredibly disturbing.

Discredit the piddle stuff and it makes it harder to accept the rest of the dossier.

Putin and ask him if it was true his master had something ready to go and Putin did not admit it so Trump thinks he is in the clear. Remember these events was before Trump decided to run for president so he still behaved badly.

That is what I think. Besides, it is not at all clear how much "control" Trump has over his sexual behavior. It appears to be an addiction. Still I could believe just about anything at this point.

He warns those traveling with him to be careful but with his attitude he could get away with anything because he was a "star" does not play well now. He was sort of a trailer on the birther issue.

First we heard about this Russian blackmail tape

Then the media grabs the story and runs with it

Then as quickly as it hits the news, it is discredited

Trump wins, everyone else loses

Did the name Karl Rove come to anybody's mind as this was playing out?

If the "blackmail tape" never surfaces, that doesn't prove that it doesn't exist.

In fact, it goes to fuel speculation that Putin is holding onto it as leverage to be used in future, thus explaining its non-release.
