Congress Does Not Have To Shut Down Government. Trump And His Team Will.

Hundreds of positions in government will be vacated with no replacement in site. There are hoards of jobs that are appointees key to running agencies that will be gone on January 20. The problem is that there is no one waiting to take over. And many of these positions must have security clearances.

So we will have a bunch of departments with skeleton crews.
