2. From what I understand, the contract with the GSA

states that a government employee may not benefit from the contract. Trump becomes a government employee (I don't care whether or not he collects a paycheck - he will be a government employee) once he takes the oath of office. At that point I would think that he would be in breach of contract.

I can only hope, when things get challenging enough for even those folks who voted for Trump and the rest of the GOP, that they will ultimately hold those clowns accountable.

In this regard, I would really like to see the Democratic leadership have a strong and stiff upper lip and follow the Republican playbook for the last eight years, which is to not cooperate on anything.

Put another way, their only participation should be in hanging the kryptonite necklace around every GOP elected official out there.

He will make himself illegitimate as will the Republicans in Congress if they don't intercede.
