And also he admitted his regret over the stupid comment about eliminating the DOE.
He's not the sharpest card in the deck but he's not the most corrupt either.
I hated having him as governor in Texas but at the DOE he will be managing people with tons more knowledge and education and he actually sounded appropriately humbled by that.
