ALL regulations? Are they literally INSANE? Emphasis mine.

ON EDIT: The AP tweet had no link. From the story linked in the first reply, it appears that it blocks all new and pending regulations. Tweet is a bit misleading, but it sure got my attention.

The freeze on regulatory action is standard practice for a new administration and was issued via a memo from Chief of Staff Reince Priebus. The directive on the health-care law is more unusual, and it wasn’t clear exactly what it requires.
