(531 posts)I have a feeling Susan is going to regret her words if she doesn't already...I can't imagine what it is like to be so stoned as to believe something like that.

And anyone who voted for this shit show under the assumption that it wouldn't really be that bad can kiss my ass.

(15,220 posts)I have nothing to discuss with them. They are as far removed from me and what I stand for as ever that could be.
They created this, and they will be judged accordingly.

(12,132 posts)The jury system is fucked up because it wouldn't let me see any context. Just the alert for fighting the primary.
Sorry BB. If this gets hidden is partly my fault but mostly the systems fault for not letting me see any other posts to get the context.

(297,275 posts)"US Green Party presidential candidate Jill Stein has said that her supporters should "absolutely not" vote for Hillary Clinton to stop a Donald Trump presidency, even in a swing state.
In an interview with Mehdi Hasan, host of Al Jazeera's Upfront, Stein said that Clinton "is not different enough" from the New York real estate businessman, to enable her or the Democratic Party "to save your job, save your life, or save the planet."

BainsBane
(53,034 posts)Like so much of the political discourse that dominated the election. Now that we're faced with the reality of Trump in power, its clear how little of that discussion was relevant, while the major issues facing us were ignored.

(34,648 posts)People got so damn comfortable doing it to Obama and bashing him constantly that they really thought that they would get the power to force socialism on crazy republicans, and we were standing in the way.
Republicans would be in the streets just like democrats are now if they had gotten their way. Now they can stand with Susan Sarandon while she watches the world burn from her mansion.

Yeah, more of the same sanity
more of the same empathy with ethnic, religious, gender, orientation and other minorities.
more of the same level headed foreign policy.
Well, all of those who criticized me for "supporting more of the same", you got something different now. Happy?
