Fast and Furious = the government sacrificed the lives of American citizens for politics

Why is that not being treated with the same indignant exasperation that the 9-11 conspiracy theories received? They're essentially the same claim, but suddenly it's not so offensive? National politicians can advancing this loony, offensive theory, based on nothing at all, and are still considered perfectly mainstream. It's bizarre.

I never thought of it like that.

I guess 9/11 was deliberate murder of Americans (so CT says).

F&F was not.
